Welcome to Lashaya! We ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped. Delivery of orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at Lashayastore@outlook.com as soon as possible after placing the order.


2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We ship across all serviceable pin codes within India.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available currently.


4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can track your package's journey in real-time using this information.

    5. Damages in Transit
    We package our products with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy and contact us within 24-hours of delivery with clear photographs and video of the damage.

    6. Return Shipping Costs (Customer Responsibility)
    If a return is required and approved based on a manufacturing defect or transit damage (as outlined in our Return Policy), the customer is responsible for the return logistics and associated costs.
    • The customer must arrange and pay for a reliable, trackable courier service to send the item back to our warehouse (address will be provided on approval of return as outlined in our Return Policy).
    • We recommend obtaining shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
    • Shipping fees paid during the original purchase (₹200) are non-refundable.
